Can you analyze open-ended comments?
Yes, within the ten-question and 200-response scope. The report summarizes recurring themes, using anonymized or paraphrased examples where appropriate. Remove identifying or sensitive information before uploading.
Does the report prove what all our customers think?
No. It describes the responses supplied and explains sampling limitations. Representative-population claims, causal conclusions, clinical analysis and advanced inferential statistics are excluded.
How are unanswered questions treated?
Missing answers are identified separately from zero values or negative answers. Percentages state their denominator, and multi-select questions are labeled so readers can understand why totals may differ.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
