Supply an anonymized CSV with up to 200 responses and ten questions. Include question wording, missing-value codes, collection dates and how respondents were recruited.
Response counts, percentages and themes are prepared with explicit denominators. Missing answers and multiple-choice rules are handled separately, and potentially identifying comments are redacted or paraphrased.
Receive a PDF report with checked charts, a theme summary and data-quality notes. Review what the submitted responses support before deciding which follow-up questions to pursue.

Download the completed package from your private workspace. The target is five business days after verified payment and complete source material. If the brief needs clarification, we will ask before relying on an assumption.
Room for one refinement.
Send one consolidated revision request within seven days of delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.
Outside this package: Causal conclusions, representative-population claims, clinical analysis and advanced inferential statistics.
