No. You provide the policy. Unclear or missing decisions are flagged for your review rather than filled in as though they were approved.
Will you answer customers for us?
No. FAQ Folio creates an answer library and reusable reply templates. Live customer support is outside the package.
Is a one-time package available?
Yes. You can buy one package or choose monthly service when your questions and approved guidance need regular updates.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
