Welcome Sequence
The Welcome Sequence process

Good inputs.
Clear expectations.

Know what to send, what happens next, and what you will receive.

Describe the opt-in context, audience and desired first action. Supply approved product facts, brand voice, destination links and any contact or policy wording to include.

Five messages are planned with distinct roles, from the initial welcome to useful next steps. Claims and links are checked against your supplied source material.

Receive email drafts, subject lines, plain-text versions and a timing map. Approve the copy, replace any remaining placeholders and configure sending in your own platform.

Download the completed package from your private workspace. The target is five business days after verified payment and complete source material. If the brief needs clarification, we will ask before relying on an assumption.

Room for one refinement.

Send one consolidated revision request within seven days of delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.

Outside this package: Email sending, automation setup, list acquisition and deliverability or sales guarantees.

Your private workspace

You can upload up to five source files, each up to 3 MB, in XLSX, PPTX, DOCX, PDF, CSV or TXT format. Send only material you have permission to share. Remove passwords and sensitive personal details.

Use the brief to share your source text and links, with supporting files if useful. You review the final work before using, publishing or importing it.

Need to clarify your brief with a person? Contact support. We can bring the business owner into the conversation when human input is needed.
