Will you fix the problems you find?
This package provides the review and findings report. Code changes and implementation are excluded. The report describes observed behavior and reproduction steps to help you or your website provider investigate and fix it.
Does this cover every browser and device?
No. The report names the environment actually tested and any limitations. It does not claim coverage of untested browsers, physical devices or every possible visitor configuration.
Can you test a purchase or certify accessibility?
Live purchases, penetration testing and accessibility certification are outside scope. Any form submission needs explicit permission. The review can describe observed usability issues without presenting them as a compliance certification.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
What happens at checkout?
