What counts as a formula repair?
A defined error in a calculation you already use, such as an incorrect reference, operator or range. The package covers up to five errors in one workbook with up to three sheets; a complete redesign is outside scope.
Can you repair macros or a protected workbook?
Macros, external data connections and protected-file recovery are excluded. Provide an editable .xlsx file without executable macros, along with enough source information to check the intended calculations.
How will I know what changed?
Your delivery includes the corrected .xlsx, a change log identifying the repaired cells and the calculation checks performed. Missing business rules are flagged for clarification rather than silently assumed.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
What happens at checkout?
One payment. No automatic renewal. You see the price and accept the scope before Stripe takes payment. Monthly Works operates this service and may appear on your payment receipt.
