Download the completed package from your private workspace. The target is five business days after verified payment and complete source material. If the brief needs clarification, we will ask before relying on an assumption.

Room for two refinements.

Send two consolidated revision requests within fourteen days of delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.

Outside this package: Invented testimonials, customer interviews, unsupported attribution, publication without permission.
