OpportunityBrief
The OpportunityBrief process

Good inputs.
Clear expectations.

Know what to send, what happens next, and what you will receive.

Define service, geography and eligibility constraints.

The agreed public sources are searched and relevant notices summarized with dates and links.

Receive the shortlist and questions to verify in the original notices before pursuing a bid.

Your input checklist

Services; geography; contract-size preferences; verified eligibility; source preferences; exclusions

Include your audience, preferred style, approved facts and the outcome you need. Flag anything that must stay unchanged.

Delivery you can review.

  • Dated shortlist
  • Source links
  • Deadlines
  • Requirement summaries
  • Fit and uncertainty notes

Download the completed package from your private workspace. The target is five business days after verified payment and complete source material. If the brief needs clarification, we will ask before relying on an assumption.

Room for two refinements.

Send two consolidated revision requests within fourteen days of delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.

Outside this package: Bid submission, private-source access, eligibility certification, award guarantees, invented listings.
