Metric Letter
The Metric Letter process

Good inputs.
Clear expectations.

Know what to send, what happens next, and what you will receive.

Supply up to three monthly data exports containing current and prior-month revenue, orders, traffic and costs, with explanations of any unusual definitions or missing periods.

Receive a KPI comparison and three observations based on the supplied figures, with gaps or limitations identified instead of treated as established explanations.

Review the findings and next-month action list, check any source discrepancies and use the report to guide your own follow-up questions and business decisions.
