Which field types can I request?
Specify text fields, checkboxes or choice fields in your brief, within the 15-field limit. Describe the intended labels and choices so the form does not require invented options.
Will the form work in every PDF viewer?
PDF readers handle some interactive features differently. Delivery includes the environment checked and compatibility notes. Universal viewer support or identical required-field behavior across all readers is not promised.
Does this create a legal electronic-signature workflow?
No. E-signature platform setup, legal drafting, accessibility certification and changes to contractual terms are excluded. The service adds fillable fields to wording you have already approved.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
What happens at checkout?
