Clean CRM
The Clean CRM process

Good inputs.
Clear expectations.

Know what to send, what happens next, and what you will receive.

Export up to 1,000 rows, identify the stable record ID and define approved formatting rules. Remove personal information that is unnecessary for the requested cleanup.

Fields are normalized according to those rules. Exact and possible duplicate patterns are flagged separately, with uncertain matches preserved for review rather than automatically combined.

Receive the cleaned CSV, separate merge proposals and change log. Review the evidence and retain control of all record merges, deletions and imports in your CRM.

Send one consolidated revision request within seven days of delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.

Outside this package: Automatic record deletion or merging, CRM login/import, personal-data enrichment and identity verification.
