The ChartCraft process

Good inputs.
Clear expectations.

Know what to send, what happens next, and what you will receive.

Supply readable data table; field definitions; audience and questions; reporting period; brand preferences; known limitations.

The agreed sources are organized into the listed deliverables; missing facts are flagged for clarification.

Receive checked files, review the open questions and request any included in-scope revisions.

  • PDF chart brief with source and calculation notes

Download the completed package from your private workspace. The target is five business days after verified payment and complete source material. If the brief needs clarification, we will ask before relying on an assumption.

Room for two refinements.

Send up to two in-scope revision requests, each within fourteen days of the latest delivery. Point to the item, explain the change, and include the correct source facts. Requests beyond the agreed scope need a separate agreement.

Outside this package: New data collection, statistical significance certification, unsupported causal claims, forecast guarantees, full presentation redesign.
